When I met them, Earthgroup LLC was “Earthgroup Construction,” a construction company focused on residential remodeling. When they wanted to rebrand as a property management and investment company, it was my job to build a new, focused website. The owner was looking for something sophisticated but with an urban edge that really said Chicago. So everything from the colors and textures to the font and photo editing is designed to be crisp, professional, and current.

The main challenge was putting together a gallery to showcase the managed properties, provide vital information in an interesting way, and make each page a compelling brochure for investors. I also set up a way to externally post available listings, which includes photos, rental terms, and a way to submit an application directly to the company’s CRM.
